HSA may be used as a form of payment but clients are encouraged to confirm services with their employer; no refunds will be issued.

Clients are required to book a minimum of 8 hours for overnight support and a minimum of 4 hours for daytime support.
Daytime support is provided Monday-Friday between 10am and 3pm. Overnight support is provided Sunday – Thursday, from 10pm to 6am. However, depending on the day you are discharge and how quickly you require support, weekend support will be available for the first shift only. There are packages that require 6 or 7 consecutive shifts and hours/days will be adjusted accordingly.
